TurtlesandThomas found himself ensnared in controversy recently for various reasons. Most notably, his refusal to publish an article highlighting the negative experiences of a LGBTQ+ individual in the Thomas community, and various people citing his seemingly two-faced behavior towards those who he considered friends.
But among all the accusations and incidents being discussed, one group’s afflictions have been swept under the rug and ignored: The Ants.
The Ants have appeared in numerous episodes of Turtle’s ERTLs, yet at no point did they receive any form of credit or compensation for their work.
“We took the time out of our busy day to appear in his Bulgy Rides Again adaptation.” One ant said. “When we came back to the colony without food, our Queen was pissed, but we told her we found something better; a steady job.”
Unfortunately, despite the Ants’ efforts, they weren’t payed a single penny for their work.
“He didn’t even have to give us money.” The ant continued. “He could’ve just given us a slice of bread or a cup of jelly and it would’ve been fine.”
TurtlesandThomas has yet to speak up about this issue. The Insect Labor Union is expected to look into this case and file a lawsuit on behalf of the Ants.
